I phoned up to make an appointment at 9am. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and was able to arrange an appointment at 11.30am the same day. I arrived logged myself in on the screen in the entrance sat down and within 5 minutes my name was called out. The doctor was very pleasant and reassuring. Could not have asked for anything more.

Called up to get an emergency extension on my antibiotics as I was going abroad for a few days and wanted to make sure my infection didn't flare up while away as it hadn't completely cleared up and the receptionist told me she would get my dr to call back but never did fortunately I also went to a nhs drop in centre and got what I needed . Will be changing doctors when I get back . Been with this surgery for many years out of conviance but this is the last straw my dr is awful and have had issues with her many times beacuse she seems to only ever be interested in dealing with symptoms rather than the illnesses them selfs

My grateful thanks to Nurse Aideen for her care, attention and discretion when my husband and I visited today, 15th May 2017. Also thanks to the Receptionist who I talked with and to Dr. Escamilla for his time and patience and for explaining symptoms, causes and medications so clearly. Great service. Thank you all.

Receptionist staff need more education. not friendly at all. I had to visit three times just to change medication because the pharmacy does not have it and every time i go there, the receptionist said to come later on because the doctor is busy and we can not disturb her. Totally useless and time wasters.

When I have been to Grovelands Medical Centre, all the staff have been lovely from the receptionists to the Drs and nurses who did jabs. Negative reviews must reflect on the fact all people have off days. No need to slam a usually decent medical centre.
