Just had knee replacement surgery all the staff from the surgeon and anesthetic team to all the ward staff were fantastic made me feel comfortable all very friendly and caring the whole thing went very well except for the bed it was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep in supposed to be used for bed sores I was only in it for one night and it made sure I didn't sleep.but thanks you to all the staff concerned in my treatment.
Since moving to the area I've changed hospitals from York District to Friarge.nFriarge is the best hospital I have ever been to, the staff introduce themselves by their first names and call you by your own first name. The staff are absolutely amazing, they are all chipper and friendly and are genuinely caring plus I haven't met anyone who doesn't have a sense of humour or makes you feel at ease if your nervous. I've suggested to family who still live in my old town to make the journey to Northallerton because its so worth it.
Brilliant hospital. Was recently there with my Dad. The staff are amazing and talk you through everything. The hospital is very clean. The lifts were all in working order which is essential for me due to my disabilities
Just spent 4 days at The Friarage with flu and an asthma attack. Really positive experience. Clean, pleasant environment and staff were lovely.
After a trip fall accident at work I drove to the Friarage and was amazed by the quick and efficient way it operates Rob and Kelly were brilliant and so was the xray department and admin staff thanks everyone
