Loved staying at the Black Bull Northallerton. Very friendly, helpful staff. Very clean bedroom, and good breakfast especially as there was limited staff. Would recommend it and propose to stay there again. Mr and Mrs Taylor

A disgrace, from broken windows to frozen rooms with rotten window frames, insufficient heating and no heating at all in bathrooms. Breakfast was ok but dishes were dirty...one of the most minging places ever..

Poor customer service, very rude staff (Young short blonde hair). Will not be coming here again.
