It was a lovely restaurant to visit. We went here as a meal out after a funeral, and the atmosphere made it a little less difficult for us all. The staff were friendly, with great service and accommodating various allergies. The food was absolutely delicious and we all enjoyed what we ordered. The restroom for the ladies was very clean and looked rather snazzy. We will have to return for another visit, on a more joyous occasion in the future.
Our waiter James was so professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.... perfect service. Food was amazing. A great experience. The only critic is that the wine we wanted was not available, therefore forced to buy a more expensive bottle. Manager not interested in interacting with clients. James more than compensated, keep hold of him as he is an asset to your organisation.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality, setting the stage for a fantastic evening. The ambience of the restaurant and pub is both cosy and refined, making it perfect for a special occasion or even a relaxed night out. The décor is charming, with a lovely blend of modern comfort and traditional elegance. A special mention goes to James, our waiter, who was absolutely brilliant. His attentiveness, professionalism, and friendly manner made our dining experience exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, from recommending dishes to ensuring our glasses were never empty. The food was outstanding—each dish was a delightful combination of flavours, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. Whether you’re a fan of classic pub fare or looking for something a bit more gourmet, The White Swan has something to satisfy every taste. The drinks menu was equally impressive, with a great selection of wines, beers, and cocktails. Overall, my birthday celebration at The White Swan was impressive in every way. The food, service, and atmosphere surpassed my expectations, and I highly recommend this gem of a restaurant and pub. I will definitely be returning for more memorable meals and outstanding service. Thank you, James, and the entire team at The White Swan, for making my birthday so special!
I’ve been to the White Swan several times and have never been disappointed. The food here is fantastic, with an amazing selection of dishes and drinks every time. The staff is excellent—polite and friendly, always smiling, and doing their best to make sure everyone is having a great time and everything runs smoothly. I’ve hosted visiting scholars here a few times, and they’ve all been very satisfied.
I noticed it by chance while walking and stopped by for coffee. A great Restaurant & Bar. It has an open garden. The architecture is magnificent. The interior decoration is very beautiful. It is close to Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Oleaster National Center for Mental Health. Parking is available. Latte was delicious. Abby and Debs are positive, kind and caring. Thank you : I will make a reservation later and choose it for dinner. If you want to have a pleasant time, I definitely recommend it.

Stopped here for food with our children on our way home from Our holiday, it was my 6 year old birthday and the staff were amazing and so friendly, brilliant with my girls. The food was outstanding!!!. They brought the happy birthday cake out free and a totally surprise and sang happy birthday.Food: 5/5
