Food: Honestly for the price, the food is really not worth it. The burger tasted like a slab of dry wall between 2 pieces of bread. Ribs has the reminance of an empty BBQ sauce bottle dribbled on top. Icing on the cake was the calamari with a complimentary hair from the chef, I asked for a new bowl of calamari and I didn't get a new one until 10 minutes after everyone had finished eating at the table. Service: The staff were polite... That's the only good thing I can think about the service. Atmosphere: They had chairs and tables.
Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly, service good. Was told it is closing down, all Beefeater staff sadly losing their jobsFood: 5/5
The restaurant is well positioned on Hagley Road and has easy access to the City centre. The decor and atmosphere in the restaurant is nice though not the most outstanding. The menu had nice and well priced choices. They don't serve milkshakes that was a let down for me. We had a late dinner so the restaurant wasn't too busy. The staff members were nice and attentive. On a whole, it was a nice experience. Parking: There is ample parking behind the restaurant. Kid-friendliness: They had nice and well priced menu for kids.
Service was basic and very slow considering the place wasn't very busy. The menu is very limited and portions sizes compared to the prices is shocking. I literally had 8 chips on my meal and when I brought this up with a member of staff I was told that was a normal portion. I have eaten here before without complaint but after reading other recent reviews it seems like the place has gone down hill. I won't be visiting again and would not recommend this place if you looking for a tasty, value for money meal.

Went for breakfast - and personally wouldn't go again. The food was very bland - around £13 for an unlimited cooked breakfast that you had to order, not a buffet. The mushrooms were probably the worst I've ever eaten, left them on the plate. Oily eggs, rubbery bacon. Sausages were nice as were hash browns. Spend your money elsewhere, definitely not worth £13 or whatever it was.
The food here was GREAT. Friendly staff. I had the c Christmas menu here and it was great value for money. My belly was full and for what I paid it was excellent. I would definitely visit for lunch again.Food: 4/5
Food was well cooked and full of flavour. I had the half roast chicken and added a half rack of ribs. All I left was bones. Service staff were friendly and helpful 10 out of 10. Will definitely visit again and recommend Food: 5/5
We made a booking for 6.30 on 30 April for 6 people. We waited a long time for our starters. There were only two waiters serving the whole restaurant. Lots of people complained having to wait for ages to be served and some people walked out. It took an hour to get out main course. We could see the plates sitting on the counter ready to be served, but there was no staff. I asked for a medium steak & it eventually arrived it was well done. The food wasn’t nice and the service was diabolical. I would never return or recommend it to anyone.
Had the pasta rigatoni with veg and chips, good filling meal, chunks of salmon and pollock but pasta only warm not piping Went 30.5.23 very quiet so that was good, Hannah our waitress was very good and polite, food came out hot, good experience. Spoke to the manager Corey who again was very pleasant and polite, good service.
