This is a fantastic establishment. It's really well run and is great for allsorts. Fantastic breakfast menu, great outside area for eating and drinking and an extensive food and drink menu for a good evening meal too. Why not also try the Sunday Sleepover deal which includes Dinner Sunday night accomodation overnight and breakfast the following morning for about £40pp!!! Amazing!!!

Stayed here for 2 nights while away for work. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The food is all fresh, tasty and very reasonably priced. Breakfast also top notch. Would definitely recommend this to people in the area.

When we arrived for a meal we were encouraged to go to the bar for food rather than the restaurant as "they were expecting a lot of guests and it would be noisy really soon ". We declined and were sat in the restaurant which had one other couple of 2 elderly ladies. Food was ok not great - why you put sultanas in coleslaw is beyond me, and the onion rings were dripping grease. Beer was nice but we were sat next to the till so got all the servers chit chat to each other and their interactions with customers. Toilets were nice in decor and were clean. It is located on the busy A140 but can't comment on potential noise issues if you were an overnight guest. Not a great experience I'm afraid.

We stopped off here for dinner on our way home.  The service is excellent.  I did not stay for the night so cannot comment on the rooms but the food was out of this world.    It is by far THE best dinner food ive had. Ever.
10 out of 10 for the chef.  Thank you.   Everyone's food was amazing and we all had different.

Good food and great welcome. Always very accommodating even for larger sized groups although I recommend you book to avoid disappointment. A regular favourite of ours now.
