Lovely log cabin, we loved how you'd got nature just outside your door, we saw, hares, bunnies, woodpecker and of course the ducks. Cabin could of done with a really good clean as very dusty & cobwebs, as tops of things like pictures, tv, doors, door panels, towel rail, walls, and the cooker hood were thick with muck, obviously not been cleaned for ages, all this dust affected my asthma. Also the shower wasn’t draining and when I took the cover off the plug hole I could see why it was absolutely clogged up with gunk and hairs, (see picky), this had obviously not been cleaned out for months, it was disgusting, the toiletries holder in the shower was thick with rust. When your paying a lot of money for a luxury cabin you expect it to be perfect, and spotless. Also the 4pm check in is a pain especially when your kicked out at 10am (so 6 hours to clean the cabin it should be spotless), as when we arrived a bit early we were told were not allowed in until 4pm and as it was absolutely throwing it down we couldn’t go anywhere so we had to sit in the layby for an hour and a half.
