Fabulous food at amazing prices, wonderful friendly cook and staff. Traditional friendly pub to be recommended Parking: Behind pub!
The best Sunday roast at good value. Nice selection of beers and good atmosphere. Great local pub that has regular music, I was there the other day at a fundraising BBQ. A great evening.Food: 5/5
Great pub, very traditional. The food was great with the best vegetables I have ever eaten in a pubFood: 5/5
Always a friendly welcome from a great team. Current guest ale, Hobgoblin Ruby, towers above any keg beer I have had in a long time. Wish I'd taken a pic of my pint's ruddy glow in the sunlight; it was a thing of beauty just to look at, but I didn't have my ruddy phone with me.
Absolutely fantastic Sunday roast. Food is piping hot and very tasty, generous portions too, should have gone for a small. Service is very friendly, staff very welcoming. Will definitely go as often as I can.Food: 5/5
I would call this public house cosy. It serves good meals and a variety of drinks and it is easy to get there as well. If you are going with a group for dinner you need to book beforehand.
Great local pub, friendly staff, good service
The best place for ale and live music is here! Very friendly and wonderfull staff Well worth going to. Sandra cooks wonderfully too. Well worth a visit!
Very friendly and good pub grub.Food: 5/5
A great little pub that has extended its lunch time menu, through to the evening. It has a small but a good range of red wine and the meals are home made and served by the chef's. Would visit again.
