I've used Callaghan Tailor twice now and will use them again. I had different items of clothing that needed altering and they delivered outstanding work on every single item. Tony is professional and meticulous. He's work is excellent! Highly recommended.
Tony is very helpful, the best tailor in Birmingham, customer experience is amazing. I have been a customer for the past 8 years. Would definitely recommend for a tailor made suit experience.
Had a great experience in Callaghan Tailor today. Tony is an absolutely fantastic tailor. I came in with a pair of trousers that needed taking in at the waist and up at the length and he tailored them to absolute perfection. He worked so quickly and skillfully and was a joy to chat to. It's clear he has a lot of experience and loves what he does. Will definitely only be going to Callaghan from now on. Could not recommend highly enough!
I work just across the street from this place so I got a suit tailored from them. I am a short guy so I always need my suit tailored slim and to fit to make it look decent. After always having problems with other tailors and mistakes they make on my other suits, I can say this one honestly smashed it out of the park. Tony was terrific. Had a great eye on what I needed doing and his assistant with the red hair was very helpful. The job was done perfect. From the actual tailoring to the time frame and even the price was fair and decent. Will definitely recommend and will defiantly return with another job for them. Cant recommend enough!
Read the reviews and thought I’d check it out as I was in need of a good tailor for altercations. Initial service and size up went perfectly. Tony really knows what he’s doing and will recommend what you need or even don’t need. Gave in 3 Suit jackets for altercations and the job was done flawlessly. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family as well as being a regular here myself.
Tony is a real gem. I was quite worried about alteration of my prom dress when there was only one week left for the function. The price was fair taking in consideration to the massive alterations he did in just 2 days. He is really sweet and has a great fashion sense. I wish him all the best in his business
Tony has been missing for weeks and ignoring emails, phone calls, even during his posted hours. Weeks. I fully paid for my custom wedding suit, extra jacket, and need the final fitting alterations. Thankfully I Have the suit at least. But his shop is still there, still stocked. But need alterations I've paid for. No note on door, no answering machine. No contact for weeks. I know others are having the and issue. My wedding is the 15th and thought Tony to be a good honest man, but now I need to pay someone else bc he has no courage or consideration to let his customers know what the heck is going on. No neighbors know either. Just a warning if you have your custom clothes there, good luck getting them. If anyone has any information about this please post.
Great tailor, amazing skills, very professional and kind. Tony is very passionate and kind, most importantly the skills are just absolutely great and impressive. As a foreign student I not only find a great tailor but also a great friend. I strongly recommend everyone to come and visit.
Great service. Tony altered my suit and it fits perfectly. The service was extremely professional, and the workmanship was of very high quality. I was exceptionally pleased with the cost and the care taken.
Do not order from here! My husband ordered his whole suit here for our wedding in Poland. They knew when we are flying and promised for it to be on time. There was no contact from them at all. They told my husband to pay £500 deposit. They told him to come for few measurings so he had to take a day off. It was for nothing as the suit still hasn't arrived that time. This situation happened a few times. Till the last moment they were promising and lying that the suit will arrive. My husband even went there before our flight. We had to look for a suit in Poland just before the wedding, it was a huge disaster! We couldn't find anything so my husband contacted Callaghan again. They had the suit and decided not to tell us. They didnt want to get the price lower even tho we would have to get it delivered somehow to Poland in no time. They never apologized for inconvinience. All the family was helping and stressing with finding the new suit just days before the wedding. I will never forget the problems and stress Callaghan Tailor added to our wedding! They should close the shop. Not everyone is fit to run a bisuness.
