Staff are friendly and the store is well laid out with quality merchandise. If you sign up for their emails you get brilliant offers. They have a website so you can order what's not in store. I visit about 3 times a year to stock up on baking needs. They have a Facebook page and reply to all comments made .I was at the store a few weeks ago and got some great bargains in the sales.
It's a cookery shop, staff were friendly and they have a good stock selection though limited number of decanters. We didn't quite find the pie dish we were looking for but did get the salt & pepper grinders. Yeah it's a good place to go
A good selection of renowned labels, though somewhat limited. Most items were priced a the top. Considering the overheads of this establishment located in Gordon Street, they have little option to stock a limited range of branded goods and have a good margin to cover the overheads. They regularly display "Sale" items at great prices.
A wonderful store for all things kitchen. Huge range of kitchen and related products. Full range from basic elite to suit every taste. Excellent customer service. Very friendly. Great gift ideas.
Just popped in to have a look and got chatting to a fantastic young lady about coffee machines... We only had a few minutesat closing time but she took the time to explain all the features of her fav machine, and even made me a coffee to demonstrate. Great service.
My friend and I went into the shop to take a look at the kitchen knives while visiting from Edinburgh. We were greeted by a lovely girl who took the time to talk with us about their selection of kitchen knives. I will definitely be returning to Glasgow to make a purchase at some point in the future.
really clued up staff, who know their stuff and where it is in the store. would give them a 5 but they always ask for your address for some prize draw - which is fine but if the customer say's no, they should drop it, not persist
Lots of great kitchen products and friendly staff - although they didn't have what I was looking for I will be back in the next time I'm in town
Needed something i couldnt find anywhere - A - they had it, B - I dealed with a lovely young girl on the phone more than once who firstly was polite and knowledgeable but then secondly guided me well to the shop when i was lost - and i was SO suprised at what a lovely shop it was when I arrived - i will definitely come back! :
Great place to buy posh cookware. Recently purchased a coffee machine here. Fab purchase, great staff....left with feeling like I'd purchased a quality product.
