This store is distinguished by many casual models that satisfy all ages, especially teenagers. I visited it today and it is currently on sale. I bought my daughter a leather jacket, unfortunately it was not included in the sale . Its prices are good for the quality of the parts it have.
Really lovely staff members, I can always find what I want and I have to disagree with a lot of the reviews here and think they loose their point when they remark on how staff members look? Is it busy, yes? But has retail changed so much so that it’s different to what people think of these days. Yes. I think the staff work hard and are probably doing their very best, thank you to the staff who have been kind, funny and nice to me on the till. X
Yesterday I was served by an male cashier, and I presented both my student ID and membership card at checkout. However, I did not receive any discounts. When I returned to address this issue with him, he claimed that I had not shown my student ID, which I had clearly presented. I request that you review the surveillance footage to verify this. Although he eventually processed a refund for me, I have yet to receive it. I believe his actions were intentional, and I suspect he was discriminating against me as an Asian person. As a long-time shopper at UO, I am deeply upset by this experience. My previously positive memories of shopping at your store have been tarnished by this incident.
In store 25/4 at approx 3pm on top floor. Chose 3 t-shirts then noticed someone being served at counter. Went over to be advised by Ken Doll ignorantly “If you’re looking to be served, need to go downstairs” whilst he continued to serve & gush over a loud American. Downstairs had 1 person serving with 5 in queue. No member of Mgt available ? Left t-shirts. Not willing to give support to a company who employ staff as ignorant as this. Appalling service, yet again. Best go to shop with better quality staff & merchandise. Staff forget its local residents & workers who keep them in jobs.
Staff seem generally disinterested in helping customers. In particular male manager was very unhelpful and curt in his manner, as if it was a total inconvenience relaying information that took no longer than 30 seconds. Left feeling quite rubbish and disregarded. His attitude was totally off, put me off going to this store.
They close at 18:30 right. Well I turned up at 25 past and the guy on the door wouldn’t let me in. I said I wouldn’t be any more than 3 minutes, just fancied a quick browse before dinner, but he didn’t believe me and said I couldn’t come in. He was a rude man. I was very sad so went and bought a pizza down the road.
Love the retro/vintage look,there`s always something different or quirky to be found in store. The staff were were pleasant and helpful :
Very helpful staff and good range of stock. I had to exchange an online order and was in Glasgow so decided to see if I could do in store. The assistant said they don't do exchanges that way but could return/refund and I order the size I need. As this wasn't in the store, she processed the refund and even ordered the new item for me, all at the til. Great customer service, thanks.
I went there today around 7ish and was told the store closed at 6.30pm. Double-checked Google maps page says it’s still open. Why bother updating your opening hours then?
The gay blonde guy acts like he hates his job and the blonde highlights girl with the botched lips is so RUDE literally ruined my whole day
