Lovely place to stay good location and excellent breakfast. Only downside was booked an extra night by calling direct to add to my Booking. Com reservation but this wasn't carried out so make sure you double confirm you booking even though I had checked beforehand as this messed up all our plans.

This is a very nice place to stay, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. We got met by a very friendly lady at the door, who explained where everything was and showed us to our room.
The breakfast wad excellent, offering cereal, juice, tea/coffee, fruit and cooked breakfast too.
We would be very happy to go back on our next visit to the area.

This hotel has an excellent location overlooking the park lake in a lovely residential area . Amenities are close at hand including the Opera House , Pavilion and gardens , pubs and restaurants . The town centre is also within easy walking distance . The hotel room was large and the bathroom included a bath all very clean . Would stay here again .
