A really nice b+b the hosts were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was first class we will stay here again the next time we go to Buxton for a overnight stay

Lovely short notice stay, very welcoming, lovely big room with good facilities, beds really comfortable, breakfast really good. Short walk into the town.

Just had an overnight stay at Compton.
Lovely warm, cosy, comfortable and clean house. Very homely and quiet.
Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. 
Hosts were very hospitable and friendly. 
House is ideally situated for all Buxton has to offer, and would be a great base for a longer stay to explore other attractions and walks further afield.
Compton is dog friendly, and we had the honour of tickling Frankie's tum, and little Polly too 😄
We will definitely be returning, and bringing our Springer and Cocker!

Visited Compton House last week, lovely experience, room well appointed, breakfast really good and Billy was very welcoming. All the staff looked happy in their work which helps to create a good atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.
