Took my watch for a new battery. Turns outs, it was problematic because of corroded screws. They got back to me, explained the problem and came up with a solution.Helpful  staff. Recommended.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Came in thinking I needed some links removed from a new watch however staff was kind enough to show jow to physically alter it myself without the need to be invasive and now I know for next time.

I recently visited Watch Lab Manchester as my usual jeweler couldn't amend my strap. I was skeptical of other watch company's and avoided them for fear of poor work or neglect. I was pleasantly surprised the service was top notch and up with the best. Mr S Rothwell was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I will be coming back for all my watch requirements moving forward.

Very professional and respectful single member of Staff in the shop today, despite working only on a low value watch. Gave clear info on the works being carried and answered any questions - this close to a half-hour from closing time. Also a handy 10% discount was given for Blue Light Card holders'. Would recommend and definitely trust to come back with a high value item.

I went there to have my watch adjusted. A really simple operation I thought wouldn't cost much and didn't want to risk ruining my watch. I was asked £14 to do it but I contracted it down to £10. Too bad after it was done the watch was still loose and the guy at the counter couldn't bother trying to take a link off the longer side to try to make it fit properly. I bought a home kit for £5 and in 2 minutes I took a link from the longer side of the chain  and now my watch fits perfectly. I expected them to take a bit more care in making sure my watch would fit considering the price I paid. Avoid if you need to do something as simple as adjusting the wristband.

Took my Santos Cartier there as I was recommended by goldsmiths due to me not wanting to send it away. The staff are very friendly and very helpful, they got the job done within the hour and they cleaned it as a good gesture, highly recommend!

Only needed a battery change but the staff were helpful and informative, said it would be done in the hour and kept to their word. The battery change was £10 less expensive than the other watch repair shop in the Arndale, can’t go wrong.

I was very happy with this service. I sent my watch via post they sent me a box and a prepaid Special Delivery Royal Mail bag for a suspected mechanism failure potentially costing £125. I got a phone call explaining it was a simple fix and would cost £29.99 including postage. The watch is of highly sentimental value and it’s been well looked after.  Highly recommended.
