Had the best experience here at beaverbrooks all thanks to this lovely lady called Anmol. She was the sweetest and her customer service skills were ace, made me feel so comfortable and took time out to show me different jewellery to match my preference. Will definitely be back here! Thank you xx

From  the lack of help off  DPD  After they  lost my order.  To the swift and smooth  painless replacement organised by the  beverbrooks team can't fault them at all,outstanding.  Next time I'll just pick up from the store

Went in looking for a gents wedding band with no idea what I was after as I don’t wear jewellery at all, we were served by Bobby, he was really helpful super knowledgeable and showed us loads of styles to see what I preferred then came back with some that suited my tastes better once I had an idea with different metals till we decided on one. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you Jordan at Beverbrokes Trafford Centre who recently helped me get a bespoke Oris watch. Very professional service and generally nice guy. After debating purchasing elsewhere online I can honestly say that I'm happy to have paid slightly more knowing I can take my watch in for free for cleaning, at any store especially handy for bronze watches plus the warrenty. A big thanks to Oris also for the free strap - a touch of class from a quality manufacturer. I tried to get the watch at other retailers but they couldn't get hold of it. I would certainly buy from Beverbrokes in the future.

Absolutely brilliant staff, very warm and down to earth. Lovely lady served me think she may have been called Amanda?, very bubbly . Definitely one of the happiest places I've been shopping in!

Visited Beaverbrooks Manchester  to be told there was a 30 minute waiting time when we knew exactly what we wanted and no fitting for rings was required chap who told us this was very rude says not his fault had to wait they were short staffed,he appeared not to be doing anything useful Visited Chester store last week the staff there were amazing.
