Really friendly and helpful staff. Came in thinking I needed some links removed from a new watch however staff was kind enough to show jow to physically alter it myself without the need to be invasive and now I know for next time.

Unfortunately I need to leave a bad review. I paid £19.95 pounds to fix my watch and it stopped working a few weeks later. Then I went back to the store and they said that more adjustments were needed and wanted me to pay for that. I obviously refused as I had already paid £19.95 and they were asking me to pay an additional £75-100.

I recently visited Watch Lab Manchester as my usual jeweler couldn't amend my strap. I was skeptical of other watch company's and avoided them for fear of poor work or neglect. I was pleasantly surprised the service was top notch and up with the best. Mr S Rothwell was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I will be coming back for all my watch requirements moving forward.

Great shop for all your watch needs, staff go above and beyond for customers have a lovely approach about them and they can brighten up a person's day, all work is professionally done and to the highest standards. Highly recommended and worth a visit.

I was very happy with this service. I sent my watch via post they sent me a box and a prepaid Special Delivery Royal Mail bag for a suspected mechanism failure potentially costing £125. I got a phone call explaining it was a simple fix and would cost £29.99 including postage. The watch is of highly sentimental value and it’s been well looked after.  Highly recommended.

Brought in a very old watch with great sentimental value, paid for a service, battery change and unfortunately was told it needed a full service and repair due to a leaked battery. They immediately refunded me for the original service and quoted me a new price for a full service and repair. I checked in 3 other shops to see if I could get a quote, 2 said a repair was impossible and 1 refused to quote me as it could end up costing hundreds. The guys at Watch Lab were honest with a fair quote and had it fixed within the timeframe, they also updated me throughout the process. Excellent service and would 100% recommend.
