Hello! I was served today by an incredibly lovely woman called Jess. She helped me buy a graduation present for my sister. I never normally buy jewellery but I was put at ease with how kind, patient and approachable she was and she was very clear of the promotions available! She made me wanna buy even more if I could, I left feeling really happy and felt I’d had a really engaging open conversation Great service, thank you!

Can't speak highly enough about the experience at this shop which was driven by the incredible customer service by Jessica. Jessica was knowledgeable, attentive and super personable! We were looking for engagement rings and Jessica managed to make a special moment even more special with a personal touch!
Had an incredible experience with Jade at the Manchester store, I came in completely clueless about which ring I wanted but Jade was so helpful in finding me my dream bridal set. Her expertise and knowledge really shined through and she was incredibly patient, showing me all the options and providing me with the opportunity to curate my own design with no hesitations or judgement. Would definitely recommend and be visiting again soon
Hiba was incredible!!! She was so patient, answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about all the rings. She has a quiet yet confident personality and made sure we left with everything we need. 10/10 service! Jade was lovely aswell!!
When buying jewelry, cars and watches I look for exceptional treatment and a knowledgeable sales representative, today Michael checked all those boxes. He was beyond helpful and very well versed in every aspect of the word.
NO RETURN & NO REFUND POLICY! I bought a watch using my late fathers inheritance, it was a Seiko watch which was a brand my father loved. Sadly the watch did not fit my slim wrists and within 30 mins of purchasing the watch I wanted to return it. Instead I was told that as they'd taken out some of the links to try and get the watch to fit nicely, they couldn't take it back as it was "altered" bearing in mind the links can be added to the watch again, but whatever. They do not tell you when purchasing or "altering" the watches that you cannot return/refund/store credit. They are extremely pushy and cliché with their sales tactics. I would NEVER recommend someone shop here.
Initially went in to have a look for a watch, was immediately set upon by a saleswoman, they didn’t have the watch I wanted in stock so I showed her it on my phone. She told me she would look it up to see if they could get it in. Then proceeded to tell me they could and it would be £1100. The watch usually retails at £1800 so I said I wasn’t sure she had the correct watch. Her patronising reply was “I think I know, I’ve been doing this for a long time.” At which point, she beckoned me to look at her screen. It was the wrong watch. Not even slightly similar to the one I had shown her I wanted. I made my excuses and walked away, won’t be going there again.
I was greeted today at the entrance of your Manchester store by Hiba and asked if there was anything she could help me with, I told her I was looking for a Rolex 116618LB, upon which I was taken to a viewing desk, sat down and shown a large quantity of secondhand Rolex on an iPad from your website. I was offered a drink which I accepted during which time we discussed my dream watch and Hiba pointed out that she had a similar model in the window but steel and gold not all gold and would I like to try it on. Which I agreed to, following the understandable I’d security checks I was able to try on this similar watch. I hasten to add from our first contact I made it clear to Hiba that I wouldn’t be purchasing a watch today, this made no difference to the help and welcome I received nothing was too much trouble, Chisholm Hunter are lucky to have Hiba as an employee.
