Entered this shop to take a look at something. Not once was I approached by anyone. This has to have the worse customer service I have ever come across 30 minute later at still not served. Lady approaches and states there is only 3embers of staff. Well dear it's well after lunch 2 people smoking outside and I and one more customer in the shop. Lots of people walking around but cleaning don't value there job Absolutely disgusting

Popped in for a browse, staff very helpful. Allowing my daughter and I to look at lots of items before we decided. Lots of beautiful items at fantastic prices, can highly recommend.
I ordered some euros online this afternoon last minute when i realised that i had forgotten to get any for my daughters school trip tomorrow using the click and collect service. It was a super efficient and speedy process with an excellent exchange rate. I was looked after by Ayla who provided excellent customer service and was so helpful. I would 100% reccomend this shop for any currency requirements and will definitely use this service in the future
Incredible service for a last minute necklace repair. Ayla was lovely and managed to expedite the repair so it was fixed within the hour. Would highly recommend.
