I've been in a few times, and with it being busy, I have not been able to have a good look at the products sold in the shop. But saying this, I've been able to get served twice, once when purchasing for my mum for her Christmas present and today when my partner offered to buy me a beautiful rose gold bracelet and some charms. Both members of staff were friendly and attentive in particular with how they spoke to you and explained the products with great detail. Will be shopping with Pandora again in the near future.
Came in today and was served by Libby to buy a ring i’d seen online and she was so helpful and lovely! Great customer service and product knowledge.

Exchanged numerous items which i got wrong for a anniversary gift and even though it was really busy was severed promptly. It's a excellent store and the prices are shown unlike some Pandora stores.
