As with the other compliments here, the Ware Museum is well worth the visit. The staff are very friendly and will answer all your questions as well as informing you more great history facts. Lots to see and soak in! It seems very small but we spent a good hour (almost 2) here and my husband isn't a huge fan of museums so that's saying something!

Lovely little museum with lots of different galleries and a tiny but pretty little garden. Plenty to find out about Ware throughout history and very knowledgeable volunteer helpers.

Superb little museum, bigger than it looks from the outside and some very knowledgeable people inside. Does have relatively odd opening hours so check ahead if travelling to get there, but well worth an hour or so looking around. Decent pub next door, too, for a pint afterwards :)
