Absolutely appalling we were the second table to order this morning then waited 50mins for our breakfast went to ask were they were to be told our order hadn’t even been sent to the kitchen and we would have to wait even longer by a very rude lady who said there was lots of other peoples orders now in front of ours. She said she had only just come on shift and it wasn’t her problem. To say I was not happy was the least of my complaint. It was not my problem that my order hadn’t made it to the kitchen if your attitude had been better I may not of complained you lack customer service skills and attitude stinks.

God awful, food was shocking took nearly 45 mins to come out and then was cold and tiny portion sizes. The staff were snappy and rude. Several tables arrived after us but recieved their dinner first. On the next table another customer complained about their food and the staff just said " oh well you can blame the kitchen"Rooms: 1/5

Absolutely appalling all around service was awful staff were rude and incredibly stupid food was even worse the burger was dry and over seasoned the meat tasted like roasted cardboard but the lasagne was even worse clearly done in a microwave the coleslaw had chunks of raw onion the size of a 2p piece who does that! so to summarise awful all around don't go here for food unless you want to spend your holiday on the toilet

Located in Ingoldmells its ace, or was last year this year, the food was shocking and not cheap, the dog had most of mean and then even she turned her nose up, the curry  had about 3 pieces of chicken, and the chips were hollow and tasteless, the burger was a burger with a slice of lettuce on, no sauce or anything.  Staff are friendly enough, but we won't be going back again

Ordered meat pie for 3 people meal was cold very small portion for £10,95 had to ask for more gravy. Every day bar meal at restaurant prices. The coffee was cold  but that was how it came out ov the machine.Service: 4/5

Well we're do I start, fantastic welcome, room was lovely and clean. Food and entertainment was brilliant. Service was friendly and good. We will be going back   Rooms: Clean and plenty of room  Nearby activities: Fun fair, market, night life  Walkability: All in vacinaty of hotel  Food & drinks: Really great food, great choice. We loved our jugs of cheeky vimto

Best place to take kids for small amusement and most of all the adults drinks are the cheapest in ingoldmells. This is a fact!  Food & drinks: Very well priced.... In fact the cheapest to eat and drink in ingoldmells

Dirty, expensive, not a family friendly place at all. Avoid or get ripped off.Service: 2/5

Awful place staff were very abrupt food was horrible the chicken was dry and changed the whole menu no gammon steak on there at all just rump steak no sirloin fillet or mixed grill such a shame used to love going there won't be going back

Went here for lunch the food was really nice. The service was ok food came pretty quick, you got a good  portion. The staff were polite and friendly. The prices were reasonable.   Easy access for wheelchairs as on a flat entrance. Plenty of seating outside and designated smoking areas.  Nearby activities: Near to the fare  Walkability: Close to the caravan park. And car park  Food & drinks: Great value
