I walked past other places I could have gone to for a lunchtime drink and snack, I shouldn't have bothered. Went up to The Terrace, place looks great, loved the surfboard tables. If you wanted a beer they have you covered, two big bars open. Coffee/Milkshake/Dessert counter closed, street food kiosk closed. Mid afternoon in the school holidays when Ingoldmells is teeming with families. Do those running the place consider themselves business people? Left and went elsewhere.
Absolutely fantastic bar and arcade in Ingoldmells, Skegness. The place is always buzzing with life, it has to be one of the best arcades within the Skegness Area! Myself and my family always visit Bj's when we visit Ingoldmells and I have to say, it's always such a great experience. With the Cafe on the lower floor, you can always find something nice to eat whether it be Breakfast or Lunch. Also, their range of Arcade Machines provide great entertainment. During the afternoon, the upstairs Terrace area makes for great enjoyment too. With a food venue, bar and entertainment, sitting in the upstairs Show Bar is always an enjoyable experience and one that we do everytime we get away!
Went to use the motion sensor racing. The game wouldn't work on either of the platforms and we was refused any refund or credit, absolute waste of money. Better off going to the other arcades down the roadService: 1/5
Rude bar staff, £4.50+ a pint come the weekend, last Saturday was glorious and the outside should of been packed. No hot water in the toilets, how can you clean your hands? Not disabled friendly. Will not be going back
Food is brill the staff are nice and friendly always happy to help , BJ's is a arcade what my kids love to play Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome and do a kiddie menu Wheelchair accessibility: Nice and flat Dietary restrictions: They do alternative to normal food , gluten free friendly too
Very poor experience with the staff at the soft play ! We came here as they told me they keep the soft play gate closed at all times ! Do they hell the young girls simply cannot be arsed to do a simple job . Kids running wild everywhere straying from parents . I just stayed by the door so my runners could not go far .
Last season you could get a beer for £3 a pint at the weekend. This season they've scrapped happy hour at the weekend and it's now £4.50 a pint. I know prices are rising but a 50% increase? You can still get a pint for £3.50 at other venues.
Place is very busy, bar staff busy avoiding you!! Only 2 urinals working, others closed!! Bank holiday weekend!! Only had since October to sort toilet issue, this is both gents and ladies toilets!!! It’s all about profit and nothing about customer’s requirements
Fantastic family venue. Great entertainment for the kids and adults. Very clean and the staff are very helpful.
Pointless soft play too lazy to shut the gate when you bring it up they don't like it the fact you have a magnetic gate like all soft play is do kids don't just walk off but you'd rather prioritise irresponsible parents spending money at the bar then safety of the children
