Sunday lunch for 5, mains for all and desserts for 3. Great and timely service, food was great with good portions of meat and desserts went down very well. Great value for money, will be returning.

This is a gem in Malpas. The place is very ordinary but the food over the past year has been great. We usually eat there Monday or Tuesday and early from the specials menu. The soups are some of the best I have tasted and the presentation is good. Warm bread roll with butter and croûtons in the soup. One of my favourite dishes is chicken curry half and half which is usually more than I can eat. Other specials include fish, chicken, pork and Lasagne. There is also beef and beer pie which is the best I have ever had☺ Booking is a good idea but leave room for us!

Great venue for all your needs be it a function, quiet pint or family meal. Lovely friendly staff and good value for money

Went there for Sunday lunch with the family the food was amazing and the service was first class nothing was to much trouble and there was plenty of time to enjoy our meal without interruption .

Lovely place. Staff very welcoming. Food very good and staff happy to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. Been here several times and will continue to do so.
