I had a storage space issue at home and bought a folding table and chairs from here, great choice of homewares, curtains, lighting, bedding and furniture. Very clean establishment and fast service at the tills, it was busy but never waited long to be served. No robot tills which is a great customer service I much prefer a human cashier. Well done for the service, I recommend this store.
Polite staff that were helpful dealing with a return even though the E-receipt never came through. A good range of products that are just as cheap as most places online, but with the benefit of being able to see things and ask for advice.
Thank you very much to Paul the store manager and Diane for helping me today with my curtains nightmare! They were ever so friendly and helpful. I really appreciate their help today! I will never exchange the curtains again, promise!;
Absolute bargain. They do kids eat free, should have cost £25 but ended up costing us £7. Great tasty food and fast service. Highly recommend.
The store itself is great but the cafe wasn't. The plates and mugs weren't clean, neither was the cutlery and the customer service was appauling. The woman was getting very impatient with a poor old lady who was trying to get some cakes.
This was our first visit, and we enjoyed our visit. We brought several items, including cushions, we needed some new ones and found just what we wanted. We also has lunch in the restaurant, it was clean and the snack was good
Have used Dunelm lots of times with no problem but this time it was poor, there were boxes of stock all over the place up the aisles causing obstructions. In general the whole store was very untidy and when we went for coffee we ordered 2 baps and one came with 2 bottoms of a bap no top and the cutlery was disgusting with dried food on most of the knives and most of the tea spoons were severely stained.
Horrific is only word to describe the shopping experience, I felt my safety was at risk due to stock dumped in crates in main walkway coming from lift, abandoned trolleys full of cardboard left in awkward location by staff trying to fill shelves which had huge empty gaps and stock spilling over the floor in places, as a disabled person I was at points scared for my personal safety if my partner had not been with me I would of been in extreme difficulty, disabled toilet facility had no toilet paper and scalding hot hand wash water. Dunelm higher management need to look seriously into Bottley store, I will not be revisiting until I am convinced my safety will not be compromised
Nobody around when you need them. Went into the cafe which was dirty, sticky. Not many items available, unenthusiastic and the tuna was gone off. Which I asked my husband to check incase it was just me and now we are both unwell. You don't order tuna for it to taste like salmon and slimey
Home decor, and kitchen utensils as you'd expect- plus some absolutely fantastic quality notebooks £3 A6, £5 A5, £7 A4, in really quality materials and nice colours. I'm a bookbinder and these are really good....
