Excellent customer service and even better tyres! My tyre burst on the A406 and ended up coming here with the recovery to get a new one fitted. But from the minute I arrived the team administered stellar service. And normally when tyre shops see you’ve broken down, they flog you the most expensive tyre they have, to exploit the situation. Not only did they give me a decent price. They later came back out and said they have a cheaper option in my size would I like to opt for that? The place was clean and had ample seating. They even had a PlayStation to entertain the children whilst they changed the tyre. All of them were friendly and good with the children too. I can’t have had a better emergency breakdown situation and that’s thanks to the team here at the tyre shop. They had me back on the road quicker than anticipated. They’ve now got a new customer!
Very happy with the service. Competitive with prices. I always feel my custom is appreciated. They have a massive waiting area with comfortable sofas, and a free hot drinks vending machine available. And if your a parent with a child, it's fairly safe for them here. Of course it's not a play centre, but room for a buggy and somewhere comfy. And if you're disabled too. There's plenty of room. But most important of all, the level of service you get here is second to none. And also good for London taxis. Been coming here for 3 years now and never disappointed.

Overall very happy with this alignment centre. The receptionist is very friendly and knowledgeable. I found the cost to be competitive and our niggling issue now seems to be resolved. The quality equipment and professionalism of the staff was obvious.

Was pleasantly served, the communication and process was transparent and swift. I came with a suspected tyre puncture and they checked and it was all fine, no charge for inspection and offered me a good price on 2 new tyres I needed to change. Loved the sofas while I waited for my car. Will return and greatly recommend!! Thanks!
Have been here twice to have my tyres road force balanced as theyre one of the few places within travelling distance that offer this service at a reasonable price. Service is excellent, with lots of comfy sofas to wait on whilst they're doing the work. Highly recommended. Just wish they were closer to home...
I have used this guy several times for wheel alignment when I did my break pads swap last dec 23 he has swapped them to the cheapest ones the car started to make noises when I reverse and then go forwards I went in to resolve the issue and they started to be creative in their excuses about how the break pad over time would do that. I went to a Mercedes specialist only to tell me they used the cheap break pads the ones that don’t have a small part that would otherwise make the noise. Terrible place I won’t go there again and have advise all family members to avoid Walid
Really helped out with unexpected tyre damage on the A406, The Tyre Shop was right there when we needed it and the friendly service and prices were excellent, as well as seeing us quickly and getting us homeward bound. Thanks for such a decent job and top marks!
