It’s always difficult to find a garage you can trust but these guys are my go to and have never let me down.  I’ve used them a few times and most recently I’ve been having problems with my car misfiring. It turned out that I had an oil leak where oil was entering into the cylinders.  The main culprit was pointing towards a leak from the sealant used on the rocker cover and the mechanic noticed that the person who had done it on my car previously had used the wrong type of sealant.  They got the job done and now I have no more issues.

Great to meet friendly enthusiasts Ibrahim and Modi who accommodated my last minute decision to swap tyres before a trackday. Also paid attention to detail, making sure to hand torque my titanium wheel nuts - which are sensitive to power tools - without me having to ask.

Rizwan, Halil, Ibrahim and Yamin fixed mine and my dad’s car. The staff were very friendly and explained what the issues were. Their prices are great and reasonable and I highly recommend others to visit this place.

Came in for coolant and oil leaks, they ended up changing suspension parts on top when I only came for just those two issues. £700 and three weeks later, coolant leak even worse than before and told it’ll potentially be another full day job so another £500+. Got the issue diagnosed quickly and repair job was within 2 hours at a different garage - I was told the fault was a common issue which it would appear City didn’t check properly. Avoid this place, untrustworthy garage.

City autos were exceptional! Ibrahim’s professionalism and determination to help really sets this place apart from others. Not only did he phone many supplies, but managed to make the impossible happen and source rear brakes and pads for my car within 2 hours, where no one else could supply them! Not only this, I paid 30% lower for the entire job than any other place was quoting me. 5 out of 5, definitely coming back!

I recently had my car serviced at my local garage and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The customer service was top-notch, the service was done quickly, and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this garage to anyone in need of car repairs or maintenance. They truly go above and beyond to take care of their customers!

Recently came here to get my Volkswagen Golf MK5 GTI to get a suspected boost leak checked. Spoke to a colleague on the phone and said to come down for a smoke test. Drove for 45 minutes, and as i got there was told couldn't be done and to come back the following day. Came back the following day. Dropped the car off and got a phone call saying its the airbox. Ended up paying £80 for this smoke test and was told to replace it and come back for a further smoke test. Came to pick up the car , airbox was dismantled in the engine bay and MAF sensor wasnt plugged in, oil marks on my bonnet and on the steering wheel. Baring in mind i was told the car was parked on the main road and that i could drive it home.  i wasnt convinced with their diagnosis so i ended up buying my own smoke machine for £90 off of amazon and within 1 minute i found a pipe that had fallen off and was casuing a leak. New hose clamp on and car drove perfectly fine. im not a qualified mechanic however even i was able to spot the leak without making the change city autos asked for.

Great help , came down and quickly showed me potential issues and how to resolve them.
