First time here and pleasantly surprised by the quality of service.  Having used the mobile fitting service before, i will stick to visiting here in future.  Other tire fitters in the neighborhood have let me down before so happy to have the team here at Bethnal Green as the first option on the list.  Thanks again!

I had great service at Kwik Fit Bethnal Green yesterday. My engine light came on and both the centre manager and Yasin were very friendly, efficient and reassuring, fixed the problem really quickly, squeezed me in even on a busy day. Yasin got my car on the road again so I could move house. Hero!

I've been a returning customer at this particular branch since 2016 and have always received a stella service from the staff, who are polite professional and willing to go the extra mile. The workshop fitters are quick and thorough, often surpassing estimated waiting times for maintenance work on brakes and tyres. Its always nice to get what you pay for, but even better when get those little extras, like assurances or a bottle of water from a friendly staff member at reception when you're dying of thirst. It's why I'll be choosing them again in November for my service and MOT.

I had amazing service from the team at Kwik Fit Bethnal Green. After realising I had a puncture on a bank holiday, they squeezed me in before closing and got me back on the road within 10 minutes. Would recommend to anyone in the area! Thank you so much!

Very good place for quick fit your vehicle. I had a appointment on 9am but I was late to wakeup . 10min before I called and spoke with Faaz reception she understood and help me to keep appointment even I was late. Very good service.

Great KWIK FIT. I used other branch and they tried to ripp me off. Each branch is managed separately! I would not hesitate to come to those guys with any issues. Got service and MOT done in 3h tops. Perfect.

MOT and Service and Tyre change done and dusted at reasonable prices and top notch assistance. They tried to sell windscreen wipers for double the market price though, and made quite a bit of resistance when I’ve asked to remove them from the car, adding some completely made up excuses. The guys seem to ignore people can google stuff, nowadays, let alone post reviews

Turned up on Sunday morning. No appointment. The lovely lady at reception got my car booked in quickly. The staff are knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I was kept informed by the man who orchestrated the work on my car. A range of tyres to choose from but prices differ from those online I was told. Why? I'm not sure or clear. Imagine if Tesco or Argos did that! Recommend. Will go there again.

Actually I dind't walk away super happy because nobody could give me a summary of what happened with my car after spending over £500 on pickup. But what I'm super happy with is that young manager guy you have. I really should learn his name as he always sorts me out. He knows what's up, gives good advice and is just so switched on to what everyone is doing at the Bethnal green depot. He remembers my car and it's history and helps me look after it well. I always service my cars here.

PLEASE READ AND AVOID - I initially rang CS to ask a simple question, do you install spark plugs, the agent was unable to answer and put me on hold for 20 mins, i then drove 30 mins and got to Bethnal Green quickfix and was advised if I buy spark  plugs they can install it for me with no charge at all as the website is very misleading and it says we do not install spark plugs, I was also told they do install spark plugs at an additional cost, at this point tue company is already lost me, I drove in sharp at 8:30am and a very unprofessional guy goes to his team which brother said we can install spark plugs for free for this guy, I was about to turn away as a few young boys were just standing around and not the most professional atmosphere, car was dropped off at 8:30 and at 10am I received a call saying your car is ready and just to make matters worse we will charge you £50 extra for installing spark plugs and £50 for Air filter so on top of my £270 full service I paid a total of £370, i do regret as this could have been carrierd out at a local garage for under £200. When I arrived to pick up my car I had to physically ask a good few questions to find out exactly what has been Carried out. I only came to quickift hoping for a great service and at this point the Company has failed.
