Decent quick fit. Some staff are chatty and easy to get on with others are quieter  and get on with the job, felt like the wait would have been shorter if there wasn't so much chatting from one staff member , they forgot to turn my engine off so drained my battery and they had to jump start my car to get me started. They could improve thier telephone manner but I don't expect top class customer service over the phone from Mechanics.  All in all decent service you could have to wait a bit but there lass busy and nicer than other quick fits I've used in the past.  I'd go back again.

This team are excellent. They are all relaxed, happy, knowledgeable and courteous. We had some work done to our Qashqai after an MOT issue and everything was managed professionally and with full transparency and honesty. These guys are really great- the best local mechanic by far and reasonably priced also. Iqbal has turned this place around from previous management. Well done and thanks

Ishmel and the guys were really helpful. I had some things that needed doing to my car before I travelled on a long journey. They gave me good advice and sorted out what they were able to do. I will definitely come back again. One of the best Kwik Fit's I've ever been to. Thanks guys!

These guys at Kwik Fit were able to see to my tyres, as soon as they were authorised by AA. There was no hanging around. Kwik Fit do their very best at all the branches I have been to. On this occasion, I have to thank both Ethan & Dimitri at the Great North Way, Hendon branch, for doing their utter best to get me back on the road in time to get to my pupil for their mock driving test! I am very grateful.

Had a punctured tire on my leased car. All process to change it was very smooth from beginning to the end. The guys dealt with the lease company and  had it authorised themselves. I spent there just 30min. Highly recommend

Very happy with the service that I received from Colin. I needed to get my tyres sorted, and ended up arriving at 5:55pm 5 minutes before closing time. Colin was happy to oblige, and changed my tyres in spite of it being home time. Brilliant customer service, and will definitely be using your services again. Cheers Colin!

Ethan Stefan and their team were magnificent. Firstly they were the only people that had any stock of my tyres Goodyear205/50R17 quoted an acceptable price and I went there immediately at 11.00 this morning. Stefan then checked and notice I had 4Seasons tyres, which had to be ordered. My schedule for the next few days is frantic with motorway driving  NOT recommended on a space-saver!, so working out that if the tyre came tomorrow morning was just do-able. Imagine my delight when just past 4 I received  a call: My tyre is in, on the wheel and awaiting my return. I was amazed delighted and VERY pleased. They were great!! Thanks lads, hugely appreciated

Iqbal Soltani at Kwikfit Hendon had been super helpful in resolving my Tesla Model Y tyre replacement issue, liaising with the leasing company and subsequent authorisation. He has gone beyond his remit to help us out because he was truly empathetic at my situation and genuinely wanted to help out. Amazing customer service and best customer experience. His team was also willing to help at every instance. Would love to use my Kwikfit as the go-to place everytime for all my cars.

Popped in due to a loud screeching noise that had just started out of nowhere. Seen straight away by Stefan who was very helpful and courteous. Fixed the problem within a minute or so and didnt even charge me! Highly recommend this centre. Thanks again!
