The Eating House is open every day from 7am until late, whether you want to start the day with a coffee and a croissant or a full breakfast. Lunch is served from 12.00 with a great range of dishes. Afternoon tea is also available and The Eating House is a great place to sit and while away the afternoon.

Attended Jazz night 06.06. Great food & great service. We came along to enjoy an evening and had a wonderful attendee who was non-intrusive, polite and delivered a great service. Highly recommended.
Decent to good breakfast. As weather was warm we ate outside which allowed the kids some space. I had full english which was fine, and my wife had panckages. All was good, but will try a few different places next time.
To be fair we only had lunch here and there was absolutely nothing to fault!nGreat service, good easy going atmosphere and great kitchen. Had the flat iron steak and the fish and chips, a bread platter and all was immaculate!nThumbs up!
Average food and terrible service.nInattentive staff with poor people skills, simple things like not clearing plates or keeping us in the loop as to why some plates were delivered 15 mins prior to other plates. Having to order the sound round of coffees 3 times with 3 different staff members. The food is cold by the time they bring sauce over. Over all the service has gone down hill since Covid
Absolutely fantastic stay I cannot thank the staff enough for their service and a massive Thankyou to the bar boys James and Mitchell for the amazing cocktails and the room I had was fantastic I am so grateful to you all Thankyou and the food and breakfast was delicious
