This place is such a lot of fun and such good value for money! The staff were fantastic we were personally shown to our hotel room, which featured an abundance of complementary toiletries, snacks, and drinks, including a coffee machine and the uniforms are brilliant!nnThe bed was comfortable, the shower was amazing, and a cooked breakfast is included in your stay! We also got a discount on our evening meal on our day of arrival - food was lovely and the portions huge!nnThe only slight negative is that the music was a little too loud in the evening, which made it hard to have a conversation.nnThis was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in and would 110% stay again.
A wonderful and unique place to eat. The food was very good. I had the ribs from the lunch menu and it was soft and tasty. We also really enjoyed the cowboy vibe and the country music. The staff were friendly and made our visit enjoyable. Will definitely be visiting again when we're in Tunbridge Wells.
Me and my wife drove past here recently and decided to give it a go for date day, my god what an amazing choice. The food was incredible, like the best going so tasty, it definitely was the perfect place for a date and we will be returning regularly, the staff were beyond amazing and lovely, everyone seemed to be welcoming and wow the decor is incredible. For a first time it was pretty special and left an amazing impact, the price for what you get was incredible we ordered so much food and payed a brilliant price. Can’t recommend any more 10/10 keep it up Smith&Weston, you all are great

Good food and very friendly service. We was served by Nicky Borrows and she was so friendly and welcoming especially to our 22 month old son. Food was tasty. Resturant was very busy and told would be a wait. But didn't have to wait to long
