An absolute fab pub! Great atmosphere and great staff has everything you could want and need! The chill atmosphere during the day and even a perfect up beat environment on the night time. It has loads to offer from deals on drinks to incredible events throughout the week!!Food: 5/5

Claire and Chris are the best landlord/landlady I've ever met. Tudor rose has been my local for years and this place never disappoints, atmosphere is amazing, staff are friendly and professional always something going on and couldn't ask for better people. Deals on shots are amazing, everyone is kind and polite. 10/10 recommendedFood: 5/5
A place I've passed many times but not today. Always thought it was a huge place inside for some reason but it is not so big once your inside. One of the old bars kept alive by the locals and some passing trade. It gives the feeling of stepping back in time. A good sized beer garden at the front and car park at the rear.
Claire and chris are lovely people, couldn't ask for better people to take over the tudor rose. The atmosphere is amazing, proper friendly and professional. Pleased they now have the sports channels. Weekends are amazing with the karaoke, deals on shots are unbelievable. Literally my favourite pub in dunston. Cant wait till they get the food up and going. Toilets and pub is clean, staff are absolutely friendly, professional and kind, honestly couldn't ask for better people. 10/10 would recommend.!!
This is a great local pub serving the town of Dunston. Locals are friendly I'm a Teessider and invite you into their conversations. The beer is priced exceptionally well and the bar team are really nice who take time to chat to you and make you feel part of their vibe. The owners Andy and Gail are great people and do make you feel welcome. All in all, customer service is great. You can choose to drink outside under a big awning or take comfort inside the pub itself if the weather isn't favourable. There are also outside seats around the side of the pub that allow you to take advantage of sunny days as they are situated perfectly for the afternoon sun's movements. The bar is well stocked with all of the names you would expect to see, without the prices of other pubs, which is very appreciated in a world where businesses are trying to screw everyone over for every penny they have. This pub comes highly recommended.
Really awesome service with a cracking selection of lager and ales, I think the upholstery is super cool, the aesthetics and the general atmosphere are really appreciated for people of a student age and I can't wait to returnFood: 5/5

Giving one star is a bonus.. my friend and I went, we were merry got on with the barman.. then we almost got jumped by the PE teacher looking woman that runs it for a silly comment made never going back ever..wouldn't spend a penny in the place
