The staff are lovely, the food is amazing, the beds are really comfy and although it's next to the airport you can't hear the planes so you get a good night's sleep

Small basic rooms but clean. No food in the evenings after 8pm. Staff are friendly.

Staff have been very friendly during our visit, accommodating myself and my friend and changing our room to a twin room on request. Breakfast was fantastic - full English and toast, and tea or coffee on request. It is by an airport, but I'm a heavy sleeper so it doesn't matter too much, just make sure the windows are closed!

Was greeted by a member of staff, we will call him N, he was extremely helpful and polite, he told us about local takeaways and their deals, there wasn't anything he wouldn't help with, the hotel sorted us out with a local taxi with a fixed rate. Very impressed with the service. The rooms were a good size, We had a couple bugs in our room as the door had been open all day but that wasn't an issue, clean bedding and tidy bathroom. The bathroom was small and a little tight but did the job.
