Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast £8.95 if booked in advance. Restaurant available for evening food with main courses available for between £9 - £15. Room comfortable and clean. The 'B' road traffic though not at large volume may wake light sleepers. Would I stay again? YES. Good value and about 15 mins from NEC. Taxi fare between £9- £17. My wife paid £9 this morning. Note - Hotel next door to a railway station.

A lovely place to stay. Everyone was very welcoming and room was nice. The power shower was fantastic.The meals were great, well done to the chef. He even came out to talk to his customers which was a nice gesture.

I've been using the hotel lounge for in excess of 10 years now as sort of a base camp to work from. I think I've mentioned this before in a previous review some years ago! Anyway, still great WIFI and very fast, great coffee/tea at reasonable prices and staff that are friendly and helpful, They have a couple of fully equipped conference/meeting rooms that always seem to be in demand......I expect the prices are reasonable for them as well. So, to wrap up, if you're ever in need of somewhere to work from this place is great. Thanks Paresh Business Development Manager Licence Check Limited

Polite front desk staff. Comfy, clean room. We weren't told about the work being carried out but it wasn't too much trouble.
