About

All Will Be Revealed

Story

With a history steeped in good quality music and football this Newcastle neighbourhood bar facilitates the needs of everyone fortunate enough to pass through its doors on a day-to-day basis.

Built upon a community of young professionals, students, and avid football fans our local bar has witnessed many a regular along with welcoming the passer by thirsty from a summers day in the park.

We know what we like and we sell what we know from traditional ales, the more adventurous beer, and local tipples.

However we’re not just about the alcoholic refreshment here at The Trent, we serve fresh coffee on a daily basis, the perfect accompaniment for a corner and a good book.

I suppose the most important thing about our little boozer is that all are welcome, be it the start of an evening, a meeting place for friends,
or simply somewhere to see a friendly face.

We look forward to sharing our home for home with you.

Great place for students and locals. If you're not a local then definitely give a Newcastle Brown Ale a try. Great atmosphere, lovely staff.

A great local, the pub quiz is fantastic.
Lovely, friendly pub with great staff and a good selection of ales not to mention toasties and amazing value for money.
I went to this pub tonight after many years, I can only say the mine host was welcoming and friendly, as was his female assistant, near St James' Park obviously a bonus, I will for sure be back, impressed.
Good when it's not full of rowdy studnets causing havoc
Fantastic little pub! Cant stand it on Match days too busy but any other time totally cool. Music sound, Toasties very appealing!!! Niiice overall
Absolutely fantastic pub, great beer at a great price, £2.50 a pint? Come on, that's brilliant. Great music playing too. In the shadow of St James's Park. Another pub well worth visiting in the area.

Newcastle institution, home of Viz, great music, good toasties, reasonable beer selection. Excellent toilet graffiti. Gets very busy at times.
