Brilliant bar but can get a little stressing during busy periods. The decor is beautiful and the plethora of drinks is astonishing. Go for drinks here before stand up comedy at the stand next door and you're night is complete. The staff behind the bar on the day were brilliant; very speedy service and very friendly people.

Not the cheapest place in town but then again not the dearest. Always feel welcome in here, love the Chenin blanc and it’s served in a nice glass too - sometimes other bars use thicker, chunky wine glasses with a lip, a thin lipless glass makes a big difference. If you like cocktails they have a huge list.

Lovely pub. Excellent cocktail and pint of Anarchy Blonde Star, and we had no worries social distancing - the pub was quiet and in any case, we sat out the back in a shed! Quirky and very nice.

Hipster Newcastle. Great service and delicious food. Oysters are freshest and the haddock with poached egg is divine.

Friendly staff, and fresh and tasty food. Would definitely return next time i am in Newcastle.

Really like it in here, it's a popular spot and so often busy, they have a great selection of cocktails and focus on gins. Only had food once when I've visited and enjoyed it. Great place to go in newcastle that's a little bit hidden away from the main street
