My mum and I went to Tides on bank holiday weekend for lunch. Despite the holiday being busy, the service was very good. Thanks to Philip, our waiter, we had a few laughs and enjoyed seeing friendly staff. Both the food and view was beautiful. Couldn't be happier

Very good food, excellent value- three courses for price of main course- for me £20. Decent portions and staff very attentive although busy night in the restaurant. Good atmosphere and lovely holiday location. Online table reservation easy to do- only booked 15mins in advance!

Lunch at the Tides Restaurant in Portrush, NI.  Great choice of meals. Plenty of good options for carnivores and herbivores! Meals were pretty big, service was good, and we all enjoyed our meals.

Went for the 2 courses for £14 menu, food of a good standard however portion sizes slightly smaller than I'd of liked. Nicely decorated inside and has a nice atmosphere. Will be back.

Beautiful food, generous portions, crazy good location what more on earth could you ask for!  Really, really, really good place!  Parking: Free parking was very convenient

Amazing restaurant that tends to all its customers quickly and efficiently. Food was of high quality and prepared in no time and was extremely tasty. Also the view around the restaurant is just stunning

Love the nachos and the salt & chilli prawns for appetizer. 5 star.  But I regretted ordering the fillet of beef penne. The sauce was too sweet possibly the Thai chilli sauce. Beef is a bit too dry for my liking.  Chicken Goujons was yummy and big portion.  Customer Service was great. Nice view.

Had another great meal here. Tides never disappoints us any time we are in. Food is always quick and warm. Also great selection of desserts. Would definitely recommend. Service is always very good and the guys serving are always smiling and able to have a laugh with you as well.

A fantastic location, looking out over the West Strand and Portrush. The food is good too. In winter it's best to come for a late lunch - perhaps 3pm or 3:30pm so you get to see the sun going down. Visit for dinner and you won't actually see the ocean, which is what you're there for - to some extent, at least! In other seasons the sun will set differently, of course, and dinner is probably a better time, but I'd still recommend planning around sunset if you can. And just to reiterate: the food is good too, but for the best food, visit their companion restaurant "Urban" in Portrush - the views from there are total rubbish, but the food is perhaps the best in the area, outside of Bushmills, which is where the really good restaurants are hiding.

Recommended by local. Very delicious,we ordered 2&3 course meals. Good service and asked for a table with views and nicely allocated a great view. I booked via internet an hour before and there is easy and straightforward.I will recommend this place to friend or revisit when I am in Portrush next time.
