This place is quite popular. There was a line out the door. I can see why. Delicious ice cream in great flavors. I had a hazelnut scoop. Definitely check this place out.
Staff are unbelievably rude, went in today and asked for a milkshake with no cream, as anywhere else Iv been has put cream on their milkshakes and she looked me up and down as if I was stupid and made the biggest deal about me asking for no cream as “they don’t put cream on their milkshakes” the way she spoke to me was absolutely ridiculous over such a simple request I actually just walked out and let my partner wait for the milkshakes. Train your staff on how to speak to people properly.
Don't get me wrong the ice cream and menu ate fantastic, but I don't like the way you get bombarded by staff. As soon as you walk in you feel under pressure, then you get 3/4 different staff asking questions at practically the same time, do you want fresh cream with this, would you like a coffee, any sauce on your ice cream, sugar? Milk? It is relentless, then some will ask you to pay when you still haven't finished deciding what you want with what.... Ruins the experience of sitting in

Very inefficient way of serving customers. The parlour needs to reopen to pre-covid way of serving customers. Customers should not have to endure the very long waits standing and queuing in the street. Despite having three staff on duty only one was serving. This is why there was a long queue outside.the Portrush shop I still love the ice-cream pity that my three first choices were unavailable.loosing the experience another
Good tasting ice cream and plenty to select from. Staff are attentive and polite
Small queue outside that moved quickly, social distancing in place and adhered to. Overall a pleasure. The ice-cream was delicious also.
Not the take away but the cafe. The male employee behind the counter was rude instead of asking if my sister was with someone in the shop, asked her to leave and muttered could she not read a sign, she was going in to help our family member with the order for a large group. We are well aware of covid restrictions and read the signs but staff jumping to assumptions rather than politely asking a question isnt good customer services
Who doesn't love icecream?? Yes its busy. Yes its hard to get a seat, but who cares! Best icecream your going to get on a warm summers evening on the north coast. Tell me I'm not wrong, a trip to portrush isn't complete without spinning over to portatewert and getting yourself a sunday.
