Service was good, food was mediocre, we had the Mixed bread starter, nice enough, then Sirlion steaks for main, worst steak I've ever eaten, couldn't get my knife through it and I have my steak rare, only ate it because I was hungry. Restaurant is also too crammed I mean u can hear every word the people beside you say. If you are looking for a nice quiet date night, do not chose the Harbour Bistro.
Went here today because I fancied fish and chips, absolutely disgusted with their portion sizes, 11.95 for around half if even a fish, and 3.95 for a handful of chips, sorry but won't be back, McDonald's happy meal would have been more filling
Great Guinness and dog friendly at the seating area just inside the door - a huge bonus! Willie was so welcoming and had treats for our dog too! Highly recommend!
Bramble cocktails were being served from a dirty slushi maker, wine tasted like vinegar so must have been off. Furniture and cleanliness of the lounge area was awful. The place needs a good clean.
Really good food - best to book ahead as really busy here. Large portions of food.
Great bar.... both downstairs and up i the Gin Bar. Willie is always there to brighten a dull day and the beer is always flowing.
Fabulous food and great portions! The deserts were amazing. There's a bar upstairs with love music which was fun!
Terrible customer service. Scan a QR code on the table and order food through your phone. Not suitable for more elderly customers. Prices were ridiculously overpriced. A couple of the meals were nice, but expensive and one meal was absolutely poisoned with salt and when informing the waiting staff as they cleared the table the response was "that's just seafood for you". Won't be back and would not recommend. Plenty of other more suitable restaurants in the area. Was looking forward to this but very disappointing
Food was great, steak cooked very well! Although there was a wait, customers were directed towards the bar upstairs for entertainment first :
Always loved the Harbour bar but charging £5.95 for pint of the black stuff is taking the michael..lovely place and staff are amazing but Willie take a moment and think of your regular holiday customers ..you can get a pint in town for £4 ..this is the bar downstairs
