Very nice shop, some staff more helpful than the others. However if you want to know what's in the food you've ordered don't expect the menu to tell you everything. The menu is very behind the times, nothing shows (N) or (V) for nuts and vegetarian respectively. After ordering cheese and tomato sandwich and a roast chicken sandwich we were greeted with 2 chicken sandwiches which we decided was fine, don't want to send one back. Labelled 'roast cornfed chicken' on the menu, we dug in. Turns out they missed out a pretty essential ingredient being the satay sauce. We had to leave asap due to allergies and wasn't even offered a full refund or an apology, simply told it was our fault for not asking. My girlfriend had to stop the car on the way home and be sick which is just outrageous. I'm a graphic designer myself and if you need someone to bring your menu to 2017 standards please let me know. As for me I'm not allergic to much but generally dislike satay sauce anyway, I didn't think I'd have to ask what would be in my sandwich seeing as I don't have any allergies. Really disappointing and ruined our afternoon. Would really appreciate an apology.

Perfect for coffee and tea, proper barista skills many varieties of cakes, all made there and tasty.
