Amazing staff. Great welcome. Craft beer. Awesome views. Dog friendly pub. Selection of blankets for those who want to venture outside on cold nights. Not the cheapest prices by a long way, but all round good quality.

Good pub with plenty of seats outside. In the summer brilliant to watch the world sail by. Inside well decorated with friendly staff. Seating upstairs offers a great view. Food is well done and served nicely. Good selection of wine and the Guinness is good.

Well…Firstly I ordered a burger. Swiftly I was given a plate of oddly coloured lemons. Curiously, I opened one of the lemons and to my surprise Diesel started to pour out. Confused, I told One if the waitresses and she lit a match and my entire plate exploded into sheep. It started to get really weird when man sized lobsters with pirate hats on attacked the building. I struggled for safety and then crawled towards the counter, I asked very politely who the rude guests were but responded in Latin and threw clay burgers at my right temple. They shouted “FARTS!” as they threw poo with googled eyed donkey poos at the invaders. “For Sparta” on shouted as they Riley poked into a group of bowling pins…long story short, the lobsters won and the staff surrendered. Mean while I ate a sandwich on a near by park bench quietly. 5STARS!!!!!!

What a great pub/restaurant this is! With amazing views over the harbour mouth of the Solent, you can sit outside and watch the sailing world go by. Inside, the building is clean and well decorated. The beer selection is good, with a number of ales on tap to choose from. The food here is very good! The menu isn't vast, but what they do cook is very well done. Most of the menu is fish, and they know what they're doing. I highly recommend a visit to this Old Portsmouth pub.

Great pub with a lively atmosphere. Perfect for a good meal or just a pint. Located on the waterfront there are great views across to the Isle of wight and the sea.
