Love this place. Excellent food and ambience. Staff are very helpful and friendly with just the right amount of service.

Lovely dog friendly hotel. Food a bit pricey and fancy but it's top quality. Staff are lovely and kept me company at breakfast as I was on my own with my dog going to see a specialist vet so stressful time. Opposite station but didn't notice the regular trains and I'm a light sleeper. If you turn right out of hotel there is the old part of halesmere and it's lovely. Five minute drive to the left is devil's basin, a lovely day out for walking the dogs. Oh and dogs even welcome in restaurant. Will come again when dog is better and bring the other. Can't recommend hotel and location enough.

Unfortunately we booked a table not knowing that they were only serving a small valentine's menu which we did not fancy. On arrival they stated they were not doing any other food. The manager was too busy to talk to us. We had looked forward to the original menu, and it was too late to go elsewhere. Ended up with a burger. Never go there again.

Very nice place the food was excellent, would recommend to all. We had a perfect Mothering Sunday lunch.

The rooms were good! Food great and drinks are a little expensive but still good. Great proximity to the station as well
