Went on Mother’s Day. Service friendly. However my starter failed to arrive. We ordered three starters to share, so when mine did come it wasn’t really needed as we had finished the rest. The dough balls were also burnt and hard. Dessert was also a disappointment. We all had gondola ice creams, but I think someone must have left them on a hot plate because the ice cream was nearly melted and mostly liquid which I couldn’t enjoy. Not a good experience and very expensive for what you get. Will not be going again.

Been here a number of times. It's a good alternative to Pizza Express in a nice building which used to be the Haslemere post office. Good quality food in general. In the winter it can be a bit cold particularly if you sit at the end nearest the door. On my last visit we had booked in advance but the only table for our group of 6 was one for 4 so it was a tight squeeze. Took 40 minutes to get our drinks order which arrived after the starters. So in busy periods you can get let down by poor service but in general I would recommend.

The Pizza was excellent and the overall feel and look of the place was clean and welcoming. Let down a little by the service, as it was quick and efficient but missing a smile and some personality. Will go back again even if just for the pizza.
