Sadly I no longer live in the area but having been a regular at the Shahanaz for around 15 years I felt I should add a review. The food at the Shahanaz is top notch, the extensive menu has all you could ever need and would take many months to sample each dish and if you find your usual dish isn't on the menu they'll probably be able to make that too! The delivery service is handled by excellent drivers who are both courteous and quick and although they advertise a 5 mile radius if you ask nicely I'm sure they would go further :). The owner, his family and all the staff always made me feel very welcome and the evenings I spent there very special.

Having ordered from shahanaz roughly 15 times and eaten in twice i can honestly say the place is a disappointment,the food ordered has been wrong 4 times and when questioned the response is rude and unhelpful (what do you want me to do) also the delivery times are never adhered to for instance they say 45/50 mins but 90% of the time its more like 90 mins which is very frustrating but made worse when you realise that you have waited 90 mins to have the wrong meal delivered. I will not be using this takeaway again.

Been going here since I was little with my grandparents, staff are always friendly, they always stop to have a chat absolutely love it!

Went down in quality a year or two ago, but have upped their game recently and is back to being the best Indian restaurant and takeaway in the area.

Dreadful service. The staff seemed to have the knack of looking busy but doing very little. Other tables were severed before us but we had ordered our meals first. The food when it arrived was o.k.
