This is a proper pub. Good selection of beers. Happy atmosphere. Regulars and visitors are all welcome
Local, warm and friendly. Never had a negative thing to say about the place. Barmaid could be swapped out though... Or at least crack a smile.
Great local pub too Bromley Cross. Shows all the major sporting events, loads big screen TV in each room an round the building. Never stuck even when rather busy be able see a screen. There is a wide selection of good beer an the atmosphere is always buzzing. The sports man also offers a pool table inside plus a darts board in the games room. Inside & outside seating available, front beer gargen is quite a sun trap!!.
A lovely pub to go and relax with friends and family
Had a great time one of my Daughter,s did a Macmillan Morning selling selection of Fabulous cakes Raffle tickets also great prizes , also tickets to guess how many sweets are in it to win but it is carrying on today as it as it was in our favourite pub The Sportsman Darwin Road Bromley Cross
Cracking pub, great staff, as long as Alan Partington isn't in there, it's great. Sadly, they still allow him in.
Great pub, great atmosphere
Unless you are white, bald, have a St George cross tattoo on your calf and you hate anyone with an accent. Don't visit this pub....
This pub has gone really badly down hill. The landlord is very miserable. Not an enjoyable place to visit.
Would give zero stars if i could. Walked in with my black wife and she was racially abused by the locals. Police were called.
