One of my locals when I lived in the UK. It's great to see the pub being looked after, as too many pubs have been left derelict across the whole of the UK. The beer was fantastic as was the atmosphere. Screens in there showing the football. It would be my local if I ever moved back to the area, shame we don't have anything like this back in WA.
Great little pub, can get very busy but surprisingly you can get served usually quickly.

Never visited the premises but I heard that the premises got it's name when the landlord came to register the premises with the local authority he forgot the name of the premises and made up a name when asked. Update I visit the premises on Sunday 25/06/2018 after I received an invitation from the owner, I was met with pleasant customer's, customer service what can I say but 10 out of 10 top notch, selection of beers open to be enjoyed by different people. Just what more could have to say . But this is a place for people to enjoy. With regards to the food aspect I cannot comment as I haven't tasted anything yet. I eventually tried the food while there, all I can say is there is room for improvement on this aspect, all in all I am open minded on the experience there. And I will not be rushing back to the place in the near future.
Friendly and welcoming with a good selection of well kept real ales plus lagers and Guinness
