Very expensive cocktails. London prices in a nice place but the service didn't match the prices. We had planned to eat there but the vegetarian options were poor. I can't imagine why I would return.
We stayed for burgers and a couple of drinks. Nothing particularly special. The beer selection was average with many choices being too similar. I like darker beers and they didn't have anything I liked. 3/5 star because it's just okay, nothing exciting. It feels like a chain and the service reflects that.
Great selection of cocktails, staff really know there stuff. Happy hour 3pm - 7pm. This could be later into the evening like other Snug bars. Cambridge branch runs later happy hour.
It is very good if not busy however space management is a real concern. All in all I have had good experiences there. Qualified and capable staff reasonably priced food although the drinks could be cheaper
Had to wait 25mins to be served and ended up 10mins after 7pm so refused to honour the 2 for 1 cocktails advertised up until 7pm. Considering they are over £9 each a gesture of good will wouldn't have gone a miss in this case.
A large selection of drinks, with great service. A bit pricey but the drinks are strong. They also have a happy hour from 3-7pm and a long list of throwback songs on their playlist.
I went with my 6 month old for a coffee, he needed a change and was taken to the staff toilets. The toilets were disgusting, I couldn't believe the state the changing room was in. Toilet, sink and floor didn't look like they had been clean for days. It was cold and my son was screaming cause due to the cold. On the way in the corridor was a pile of ice cubes melting. Not a place i was recommend for families.
I love this bar, I've been eating and drinking here on and off for years. The food is amazing the selection of drinks outstanding and reasonable value. 2 for 1 on cocktails, it has to be tried.
useless place, need to bring a manager on site, too much messing around behind the bar and in the kitchen. place empty at lunch and still need 1h wait for lunch. and half of orders sent back. please shut done the kitchen just focus on improving serving beer
First visit to the Snug Bar for cocktails. Staff pretty helpful if you are unsure what you want though there is a good menu. Take advantage of their 2 cocktail's for a tenner deal.
