A very interesting ,small ,Museum. If you wish to visit a nineteen century English home this is your place. Location very good for public transportation. Staff friendly and helpful. Museum Shop good. Only problem : there is not lift on the three floors house.
Absolutely brilliant experience...must visit a lot of interesting things. privately-run museum in London, England, dedicated to the famous fictional detective Sherlock homes. It is the world's first museum dedicated to the literary character Sherlock Holmes.
My daughter and I enjoyed this museum very much. Great exhibits, and many photo props.
Famous place in London. Small shop entrace is free, the museum part need buy ticket. Design is really cool Victorian style.
What an ingenious museum to explore here. Great! You get to know a lot of details about the life of Sherlock and get in touch with many small episodes. Everything very openly visible - but of course you are not allowed to touch it, which is fully ok. But the best thing is that you are free to take pictures. A real highlight of London!
I really like this museum. I've also read through the books on the cases solved by detective Sherlock Holmes by writer Arthur Conan Doyle. It was really amazing to come here.Even though it's just a museum about a fictional character, I still really like this museum.
