From the moment me and my party arrived we were greeted by lovely reception staff. We had our bags brought to our room by a great host named Eric. He was also a great source of information to places to go out. The room was clean and presented well. The quality of our stay was more than satisfactory. I would recommend to friends and plan on visiting the hotel again very soon. Also located in a great area with lots of things to do

Love this place! Rooms were amazing, if unusual. Breakfast was lovely. I booked an event for over 100 people here and the staff were amazing! They wanted to make the event as good as we did and really cared that everything was just right. Even the lunch buffet and evening meal food was lovely. The meeting spaces are fantastic. I would highly recommend to book for a large event and will definitely go back for a personal stay.

brought my mum for surprise afternoon tea for her birthday.  On first appearance we must say it looked amazing, presentation was great.

However the food was a real let down. I was quite embarrassed and disappointed in the quality of the food. Every single sandwich was bland, the bread and buns were so dry as if they had been made for a while and had just been sitting in the fridge for hours. Same for the desserts. For £30 it was definitely not worth it at all. we wouldn't be back for afternoon tea on this bases. Very disappointed 😞

Stayed here for a friend's wedding and cannot fault the venue or staff at all. We were treated extremely well by the staff with a drinks reception and canapes. The food was fantastic and the rooms are brilliant, very spacious and comfortable. On a nice summer's day there is a rooftop seating area with great views across the city. Hotel includes underground car parking and is central to the city with Liverpool One close by for shopping. 5* hotel and brilliant staff, would recommend to anyone.

Amazing stay with the girls this weekend, cannot recommend enough. Staff cannot do enough for you, rooms sparkling and food amazing. You have to try the afternoon tea its AMAZING!!! Book it you won't be disappointed.
