Lovely stay here staff very friendly and helpful. Nice relaxing in hot tub listening to the silence and at night the clear unpolluted sky. Nothing was too muchtrouble. Bird song good walks wildlife and good eating establishment close by. Lovely relaxing weekend to a stressful few months.
Had a lovely time here and can see how great it will be during the summer with all the trees in full bloom but still good in Feb. Lodge just needs an update as looking tatty and some of the chairs ripped and glasses missing. Also no hooks to put wet towels after the hot tub, or to hang wet coats. Still enjoyed the stay!Rooms: 4/5
2nd stay. Place is just OK woudnt consider it value 4 money ant more. We paid £180 4 1 Night. The lodge "caravan with base" was ok nothing great. Hot tub fine I guess it jst dosnt justify the price compared to other places anymore. Nothing much around the local area alor of the pubs have closed or shut. It's worth a try but will be a long while before back again. Hitubs need some kind of covering especially when poor weather.
Gorgeous setting, really nice decor in the cabins too will most definitely revisit, only thing I would say is there's no wifi which isn't a problem for me but could be for some.
Almost impossible to find. When you do eventually find the place, the sight itself is completely dark. No signs, no numbers that I could see. Luckily for me my partner was already there a d she cam out to find me to show me the way back but hit lost herself!
I enjoyed the break but my partner injured herself by falling off the decking due to part of the safety rail being missing which was reported to the staff
Absolutely gorgeous chill out place! Has everything you need. We stayed at the hawk one and I was worried it wasn't as nice as the rest, but it was beautiful! One night is no we're near enough!
I absolutely love this place...it is beautiful...peaceful...everything you could want to escape reality for a little while! The lodges are amazing....clean and spacious...fully equipped...your own decking and seating...and your own personal hot tub. Surrounded by trees...lakes and tranquility! Ive just re-booked and only left there a few weeks ago! You wont be dissapointed.
Beautiful site with stunning views, lakes and places to explore. We had our own little self contained lodge with a hot tub and our short stay was a wonderful break. We definitely plan on going back again.
Lovely, clean and well maintained areas, staff very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay so much! Would definitely visit again
