This is a very beautiful hotel , with breath taking views of Llandudno beach-front from our hotel room.  Fabulous attention to detail . The room was immaculate, comfy relaxing and tastefully furnished.  We had a very warm welcome by Lynette who was extremely helpful in all respects.  The breakfast was  delicious and very well presented , waiting-on-staff were very polite .  Dan who is working at the elm tree is a charming young man and  was very accommodating and friendly which made our stay a memorable experience . We will definitely be returning. Thank you Lynette & Dan x

Just enjoyed a 2 night stay at this fabulous hotel with a group of friends . It is an outstanding , beautifully presented hotel with a great team of staff who made sure everyone had a fabulous stay. The bedrooms are small , but are beautifully decorated and very comfortable with modern bathrooms. We had a great sea view looking along the promenade.
The attention to detail from our initial enquiry and throughout our stay was exemplary. 
The breakfast is worth a mention , a wide range of options from kippers to welsh cakes, all served fresh . Even the toast came out hot , a rare occurrence these days. 
We will definitely be returning to this hotel.

My husband and I stayed her a month ago. We received a warm welcome and were shown to our room with a wonderful bay window over looking the sea. Our room was cosy and very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. We can't wait to visit again early next year. Many thanks

Excellent location. Lovely, comfortable plush bedrooms. Very clean. Extremely welcoming and friendly. Best breakfast ever. Could not fault. Fantastic!!!

Lovely hotel. Clean throughout to a high standard, friendly hosts , perfect breakfast we stayed in room 10 did get very hot in the night even with window fully open. But great stay will stay again
